Paul R. Wineman Scholarship for Incoming UW Freshmen

The 2023 Paul R. Wineman Scholarship, presented by Phi Kappa Psi, is for graduating seniors who will be attending UW-Seattle in the Fall of 2023. The scholarship awards one $1,000 prize and four $250 prizes on the basis of academics, service, and character and is meant to help pay tuition for gentlemen from high schools in Washington.
